Wally Wilson Racing is proud to announce that The Fyre Place & Patio Shop will continue to be the primary sponsor on both the No. 69 Queenston OSCAAR Modified and No. 69 Outlaw Midget in 2019.
With the days counting down to the new season, Wally Wilson Racing has been working in the shop preparing the cars, while putting together marketing partners.
Wally Wilson has a full schedule on tap, as he is set to run all of the Queenston OSCAAR Modified events in 2019. Though he isn’t ready to let go of his roots yet, electing to compete in a partial Outlaw Midget campaign as well.
After a successful sophomore OSCAAR Modified season, Wally Wilson will once again run the full schedule in 2019.
After a solid OSCAAR Modified campaign, Wally Wilson was one of the drivers recognized at the 2018 Awards Banquet, which took place on Saturday, January 12.
Wally Wilson would finish his 2018 OSCAAR Modified campaign on a solid note with a top-15 finish at Peterborough Speedway’s Autumn Colours Classic.
Despite starting off the day on a promising note, things did not go as Wally Wilson hoped at Flamboro Speedway’s Frostoberfest.
Since 50 laps – well 48, but we’ll get to that – in the OSCAAR Modified wasn’t enough, Wally Wilson performed double duty in running the Outlaw Midget event as well. Ultimately, he was able to leave Sunset Speedway with a top-10 finish.
As the 2018 season begins to enter the ever-important playoff time of the year, Wally Wilson is beginning to find his footing in the OSCAAR Modified division.
Showing speed during practice, Wally WIlson saw his Saturday night end early at Sunset Speedway as a result of a mechanical failure.
