With having firsthand witnessed the hard work that has gone on behind the scenes in organizing the Operation Green Flag event at Flamboro Speedway this Saturday, July 4, it gives Phil Givens extra motivation to make this weekend a success.
Before you can race in the bigger classes of motorsports, you need to get your start somewhere. For a lot of drivers, it was in the four-cylinder Mini Stocks and Pure Stocks. Those classes shined on Saturday night at Flamboro Speedway, with one driver sweeping the night.
After spending the past couple seasons between Sauble Speedway and Full Throttle Motor Speedway, Phil Givens will call a different track home this year.
