From the first green flag of the season to the last checkered flag flown, it was certainly an exciting year for the Mini Stocks at Full Throttle Motor Speedway, with lots of battles back and forth on a weekly basis.
With solid consistency over the season, Nick Hamill was able to take home the Sauble Speedway Bone Stock Championship. As he reflected back on the season, he told SHORT TRACK MUSINGS he was “super pumped the way the season went; couldn’t ask for a better outcome.”
Debuting a 1971 Ford Fastback Mustang, Dalen Martin was fast right from the drop of the first green flag during his Knightworks Design, Scott Reinhart Trailer Sales Ltd OSCAAR Hot Rod campaign en route to placing sixth in the standings.
Since the beginning stages of the Knightworks Design OSCAAR Hot Rods, Tyler Hawn has been one of the drivers involved with the series. He also has found a knack for being successful, and that did not change in 2019.
Following suit with the first couple of series schedules, fans got a glimpse of what to expect this season at both Full Throttle Motor Speedway @ Varney and Full Throttle Motor Speedway @ Grand Bend.
Going into the 2019 Living Lighting, Scott Reinhart Trailer Sales Ltd OSCAAR Pro Sprint campaign, Tyler Cullen was one of the drivers that had a lot of people talking in relation to the series’ youth movement. With him and fellow teenager Jaden Riddell having come up through the ranks together, it sparked a small rivalry.
Battling hard all season long, Jase Cornell would finish the 2019 campaign ranked seventh in the Queenston Chevrolet Buick GMC, Scott Reinhart Trailer Sales Ltd OSCAAR Modified standings.
The racing schedules continue to be released by various series, with the Ontario Legends Series being the next to do so.
Despite a setback mid-way through the season, Brandon Robertson and team were able to score a seventh-place in the year-end Knightworks Design, Scott Reinhart Trailer Sales Ltd OSCAAR Hot Rod standings.
Battling up front through the season, Nick Clarke put together a solid Knightworks Design OSCAAR Hot Rod campaign en route to placing third in the year-end standings.
