PETERBOROUGH, Ontario — Driving three different cars in one night at Peterborough Speedway, Brandon Feeney was able to overcome adversity with each of them for some strong finishes.
Behind the wheel of his regular Late Model, Feeney fought with fuel issues through the corners, but persevered and pushed through for a seventh-place finish.
The Super Stock would see him run into suspension issues, with both rear springs breaking. Though with other issues through the night for fellow competitors, he came through with a 12th-place finish.
Lastly, the mini stock would have ignition issues, resulting in a lack of power compared to the competition. Feeney still pushed as hard as he could, making some passes to score a ninth-place finish.
Thanks to Vowles Racing for the opportunity to drive both their Super Stock and Mini Stock on Saturday night.
Feeney will drive his fourth different car in two weeks, back behind the wheel of the No. 38 Legend this weekend at Peterborough Speedway for the Canadian Legends Nationals on Saturday, August 28 and Sunday, August 29.
