SAUBLE BEACH, Ontario — Proving to be a solid competitor all night long, Luke Gignac scored a top-10 finish on Saturday night at Sauble Speedway.

With qualifying cancelled due to the rain, Luke Gignac started the feature from the 10^th spot, moving up to seventh by the fifth lap on the board. He would drop back to eighth over the next five laps, though avoided an incident ahead of him on Lap 20 to move back up to seventh.

Restarting on the third row, he was unable to make up any ground, crossing the finish line with a seventh-place finish.

ADAMS Motorsports will be back in action for the next Queenston Chevrolet Buick GMC OSCAAR Modifieds presented by Just Foam It race at Sunset Speedway on Saturday, September 18 and Sunday, September 19. Over the last six races there, Gignac has scored three top-10 finishes, including a fifth in 2019
