INNISFIL, Ontario — After a rough day at Sunset Speedway, Luke Gignac will be hoping to have a good run this weekend at Peterborough Speedway.
Gignac started off the weekend with a sixth in the first heat, followed by a fifth in the second qualifier.
Starting 16th in the feature, Gignac would be hopeful of moving his way forward. However, contact on the opening lap in turn four would cause the No. 99 to veer right, making significant contact with the outside turn four wall.
The ADAMS Motorsports team has been hard at work, getting set for the forth coming weekend at Peterborough Speedway in hopes of turning their luck around. Gignac has been strong there through his career, with a top-10 in each of his past seven appearances, including a victory in August 2017.
ADAMS Motorsports is proud to be supported by TSS Top Shops, Dwinnells Family Movers, OTD Building Supplies, Heritage Heating Contractors, Morton Metals, Fox’s Bakery & Deli, TKO Construction, and PBS Motors and Pumps.
