Varney International Speedway to Host Season Opener on Saturday, May 23

With the latest government regulations released last week, Varney International Speedway officials have announced that they will be hosting their season opener on Saturday, May 23. These events will be happening without fans in attendance, and with social distancing measures in-place.

For those looking for waivers and information, they are encouraged to check out the “information” section under “rules” on the track’s website at http://www.fullthrottlemotorspeedway.com. All forms and payments must be sent to Tabitha at: ontrackventures@gmail.com by Thursday May 21st or calling for details 1-519-369-0296.

The track also released the following notes in relation to registration.

Just reminding any of our race teams who wish to come on May 23rd to Varney International Speedway MUST do these 3 easy steps to register and must be 100% completed by Thursday May 21st (NO EXCEPTIONS)

1- All teams must fill out the liability waiver form (available on website) for entire 5 team members, complete and sign then email to speedway (minors under 18 will have a separate additional waiver form)

2- All drivers must fill out a registration form, complete and sign then email to speedway (available on website) unless you are already registered (Season Payment is optional)

3- Email transfer all admissions, waiver forms and 5 member team list to: ontrackventures@gmail.com

With the current changes to Varney International Speedway admission and waiver requirements we have seen a common issue with unacceptable and incomplete forms:

Here are the requirements we need to complete your forms:

-Please specify Car #, Class competing in and each Team Members Position for administration to sort out details of admissions.

– Waivers forms MUST (no exceptions) be signed by the individual and not someone else (all ages)

– You MUST verify your age on all forms for administration purposes, under 18 years of age will have a minor waiver form available by email from the speedway separate from the general waiver form and signed by both Parents or Guardians.

– All team member MUST enter property at 1 time with Hauler as a group (no exceptions) The property will not be a gathering spot or parking for additional vehicles. If you need to assemble as a group you must find a pre-determined location, not the speedway.

– We may require additional information as we build this system of no-touch admission and entry.

Remember this is NEW to all of us and may take time to refine the process so be patient. We are doing our best to provide a safe, responsible and fun environment for our racing teams.
