The St. Onge Recreation Super Stocks have their first repeat feature winner of the 2019 season, as Tom Walters scored the win on Saturday night.
The night did not start off cleanly, with contact right off the front row in the first qualifying heat between Frank Davey and Brandon Passer, with Passer driving through Davey in turn three. The restart would see the pair go three-wide with Robert Richardson, with Passer getting sideways on the bottom, with Ethan Constable driving over the left rear of Passer before they both made contact with the inside wall.
The rest of the night went cleanly, with the 30-lap feature going caution free as Tom Walters scored the hat trick, winning both of his qualifying heats and the main event. It marks his sixth straight top-five following a seventh-place finish on opening night.
Gerrit Tiemersma finished second for his seventh straight top-six and fourth top-five of 2019, followed by Dustyn Mombourquette, Brandon Passer, and Frank Davey. Dan Robb finished sixth for his fifth top-10 in five starts this season, followed by Coltin Everingham, Ethan Constable, and Robert Richardson.
