DURHAM, Ontario — The second night of the season went well for McLean Performance Motorsports at Full Throttle Motor Speedway with strong finishes for both Travis and Tyler McLean.
The first Sportsman feature saw Travis McLean run up front throughout the event, running third on the final lap until contact from behind sent him around for a spin. He was able to get the No. 6 entry turned around quickly, scoring a fourth-place finish.
He once again showed speed in the second event, running second through the first half. However, running 8″ tires compared to those running 10″ behind him, he would not have enough grip to hold onto the spot in the final stages, resulting in a fourth-place finish once again.
Tyler McLean’s second night ever behind the wheel of a bone stock showed promise, as he was able to gain more experience, completing the full distance in both features. He also showed more speed than he did on his first night, as he was able to crack the top-10 for a pair of 10th-place finishes.
McLean Motorsports is proud to be supported by Spectrum Feed Service, Innovative Print, McLean Farms and Revolution Race Products.
