Despite being faced with adversity, Tyler Hawn was still able to put together a consistent season en route to winning the 2019 Knightworks Design, Scott Reinhart Trailer Sales Ltd OSCAAR Hot Rod Championship.
Since the beginning stages of the Knightworks Design OSCAAR Hot Rods, Tyler Hawn has been one of the drivers involved with the series. He also has found a knack for being successful, and that did not change in 2019.
It was all about the points leaders this past weekend at Flamboro Speedway, as each of them were able to score the victory in their respective OSCAAR class.
Even though he did not reach victory lane on dirt, Tyler Hawn still holds a sizable points lead ahead of Steve Book. Though behind them, it’s easy to see how the clay mixed things up.
The cream rose to the top when the Modifieds and Pro Sprints visited Flamboro Speedway, with their respective points leader taking the victory in the features. Meanwhile, the rest of the field was brought that much closer together with a mix of fortune for everybody.
Another weekend of action in the books for the three OSCAAR divisions saw points advantages extended at the top of the standings, but the rest of the field brought closer together. With the Modifieds and Pro Sprints in action this weekend at Flamboro Speedway, here is a critical update.
Tyler Hawn has figured out the route to victory lane, and did so once again on Saturday night at Sunset Speedway, winning the 35-lap Knightworks Design, Scott Reinhart Trailer Sales Ltd feature presented by Fox’s Bakery & Deli, and TSS Top Shops.
With a couple of races in the books for each of the OSCAAR divisions, the championship battles in each class are beginning to take shape. With all three series in action at Sunset Speedway, here is a critical update.
