The season may seem far away with the snow on the ground, but it’s in fact just two and a half months away. That’s why Flamboro Speedway is ready to meet and greet fans this weekend at the Motorama Custom Car and Motorsports Expo as part of the Inside Track Racing Zone.
Over the course of the 2018 season, it’s no secret that there were some stunning mini stocks across the province of Ontario as each racer had a unique design of their own.
Consistency and staying out of trouble as much as possible was the key for Erik Della Riva en route to being crowned the 2018 Frostoberfest Mini Stock Champion.
With the champions set to be crowned soon at Flamboro Speedway, every single point matters and that is showing in the racing fans are witnessing each weekend this month.
Despite weather playing havoc with the schedule and forcing a half-hour rain delay midway through, Flamboro Speedway was able to get in the majority of the features on Saturday night.
As the temperatures continue to stay hot, the action does on-track at Flamboro Speedway as well. Children were entertained on Saturday night, between receiving bikes and backpacks, to riding in the cars before the races began. The adults were also entertained, but we’d expect that based on the on-track action.
Even rain couldn’t stop the action on Saturday night at Flamboro Speedway, as the delay was worth it for the excitement that was had by the full crowd in attendance.
