Even though car count has not been as strong as everybody would’ve hoped, Flamboro Speedway’s Ray’s Towing & Recovery Super Stocks have continued to put on a strong show on a weekly basis.
With the first Mini Stock champion of the 2019 season crowned – congratulations Nolan Gould at Peterborough Speedway, and the playoffs looming, it seems drivers are continuing to step up their game so they can perhaps be part of the conversation for the win during the season-ending events.
This past Saturday night, Flamboro Speedway staff and drivers joined together with fans to honor the drivers, crew members, and staff of the past. The celebration together, including an autograph session and corn roast, brought smiles to everyone’s faces.
Out of all the classes at Flamboro Speedway this season, it seems the Grisdale Racing Products Pro Late Models have seen the most growth with car counts in excess of 16 or more on any given night through 2019. The points battle reflects that, with Shae Gemmell and J.R. Fitzpatrick separated by a mere point in the Grisdale Racing Products Triple Crown standings with one event remaining.
