HAMILTON, Ontario — Over the years, Flamboro Speedway has been an important piece of the Canadian Vintage Modifieds’ history, and that was recognized on Saturday, November 11.
As part of the 2022 CVM banquet, the series inducted Flamboro Speedway’s track owners John and Casale into their hall of fame. The series stated it was due to the importance of the speedway to the class, and to celebrate the track’s 50th season of competition.
Both brothers were in attendance for the banquet, thankful in their comments to the drivers and attendees for their support of the track over the past several seasons. They also emphasized their excitement in having the CVMs back at the track in 2023.
