INNISFIL, Ontario — Running up front on the final points night of the season, Calvin Reesor was able to pick up a heat victory and podium feature finish.

Reesor was fast from the first drop of green on the night, scoring a victory in the first heat race, followed by a runner-up in the second round of qualifying.

Come feature time, Reesor took the green from the eighth spot, beginning to make his way forward immediately, battling for sixth with just five laps on the board. He made a four-wide move to continue progressing forward, attempting to make the move for third with seven laps to go.

He was able to get the spot, crossing the finish line in third.

Notably, Calvin Reesor has scored nine top-five’s in 13 races this season, to score a runner-up finish in the year-end standings.
