INNISFIL, Ontario — Sometimes you’re celebrating, and other times you’re the bug on the windshield. While Reesor Racing enjoyed a victory last weekend, this past weekend did not go as planned.
Starting up front for the first heat, he was able to battle with the leaders throughout the 10 laps en route to a runner-up performance. The flip saw him start deep in the second qualifier, but it did not slow him down. He worked his way forward, taking over second on Lap 7 for another stellar performance.
Starting deep in the feature, he looked to move forward and challenge for another feature victory. Unfortunately, contact mid-pack coming to the green resulted in damage to the No. 2 Nissan, ending their race early.
Notably, Calvin Reesor has scored seven top-five’s in 10 races this season.
Reesor Racing is proud to be supported by Barrie Nissan, Auto Trim of Barrie, HWY 400 Transmission, Greywood Customs, Bullseye Axe Throwing, One Stop Brakes and Muffler, OS Performance and Exhaust, Streamline Race Products, Garage Supply, Short Track Musings, Shepherd Docks, Holland Rustic, Race Wives Designs, and Francis Tin, Wires, and Wraps.
