MILLGROVE, Ontario — The confidence is there for Cole Quinton, as evident by a streak of recent podium performances at Flamboro Speedway.

With the APC Series visiting last week, the track decided to go with a 50-lap feature and utilize group qualifying to set the field. Quinton proved the No. 18 Mustang is fast, laying down the third quickest lap at 18.004 seconds.

Starting at the front of the field, he would keep himself in the thick of the action amongst the front runners, making his move just before the halfway mark to take over second. He would try to track down the leader through the second half, though ultimately unable to, crossing the finish line with a runner-up.

It marks his third straight runner-up finish and notably through 13 races this season, Quinton has now scored a victory and 12 top-five finishes.
