MILLGROVE, Ontario — Continuing to string together solid runs, Rick Spencer-Walt scored another top-10 last weekend at Flamboro Speedway.
Spencer-Walt was solid in time trials, laying down a lap of 15.158 seconds to qualify him ninth on the grid. He would utilize the solid effort to work his way up into the top-five in the early stages of the event, battling amongst the regular favourites.
Although he started off the evening strong inside of the top-five, he faded back a bit in the second half, ultimately scoring a seventh-place finish.
The result places him sixth in points with two top-five’s and three top-10’s this year, 35 points out of the lead with four races remaining.
The sixth race of the APC Series schedule is set to take place at Sauble Speedway on July 31.
