PETERBOROUGH, Ontario — The good news continues for Jessica James, as she made it two in a row with a win on Saturday night at Peterborough Speedway in the second Outlaw Midgets presented by Canadian Tire Innisfil event of 2022.

She started off the night in victory lane by winning the first heat followed by Rob McCall, Jamie Kay, Mikey Homewood, Dan Kviring, and Kayla Semple. Unfortunately, Graydon Bunn ran into issues causing him to not take the green flag.

Mike Bradley won the second qualifier in front of Larry Lawson, Rob Harrison, Kevin Spiez, Warren Mahony, Dan Bound, and Zach Millman.

Rob McCall was victorious in the third heat followed by Jamie Kay, Mikey Homewood, Dan Kviring, Kayla Semple, and Graydon Bunn. Jessica James ran into issues causing her to not take the green flag.

Larry Lawson won the fourth qualifier in front of Mike Bradley, Dan Bound, Kevin Spiez, Warren Mahony, Zach Millman, and Rob Harrison.

Come feature time, an eighth place starting spot did not faze Jessica James a single bit as she broke into the top-five by Lap 5, and took the top spot with just 10 laps on the board. From there, she led the rest of the way en route to her second victory in a row.

Larry Lawson picked up his second straight runner-up, followed by Rob McCall, Jamie Kay, and Dan Bound. Rob Harrison was sixth in his first appearance of 2022 in front of Kevin Spiez, Mikey Homewood, Mike Bradley, and Warren Mahoney.

Kayla Semple continued her rookie learning experience with an 11^th, followed by Dan Kviring, Graydon Bunn, and Zach Millman.
