INNISFIL, Ontario — Chris Allard showed speed on Saturday afternoon, scoring a pair of heat victories.

Chris Allard started off the afternoon by turning a strong starting spot into a victory in the first qualifier. The second heat saw him starting deep in the field, to which he was able to move forward and score another win.

Starting fifth in the feature, he would look to move his way forward in the early stages, running seventh as of the sixth lap. He began to make his way further forward, moving into fifth on Lap 17, before breaking into the top-five just past halfway.

He continued to battle hard to the checkered flag, scoring a fourth-place finish.
