INNISFIL, Ontario — Battling hard all feature long, Wally Wilson’s efforts were awarded with his first top-10 of the 2021 Queenston Chevrolet Buick GMC OSCAAR Modifieds presented by Just Foam It campaign.

Wilson started off the weekend by placing sixth in both of his qualifying heats, setting him up to start 19th for the 40-lap feature. He would avoid an incident ahead of him on the opening lap, as well as a couple more to move up to 13th on Lap 13. Restarting in the seventh row, he avoided another incident five laps later, battling hard all the way to the checkered flag for a 10th-place finish.

Wilson will be back behind the wheel of his No. 69 Queenston Chevrolet Buick GMC OSCAAR Modified presented by Just Foam It on September 25 at Delaware Speedway. Notably, he has yet to partake in an event at the half-mile oval.
