Karlie Wilman Scores Top-20 Despite Mechanical Issues at Flamboro Speedway

Even while dealing with mechanical issues, Karlie Wilman was able to wheel her new ride to a top-20 finish at Flamboro Speedway’s Operation Green Flag.

Starting 28th on the grid, Wilman would look to gain ground in the early stages of the event. However, it became apparent from Lap 10 on that she’d be in a rough day, with the axle boot breaking on her No. 14 Acura. She kept with it, though, battling all the way to the checkered flag en route to a 20th-place finish.

Wilman is already shifting her focus on making the necessary repairs to be ready for the next scheduled Pure Stock event at Flamboro Speedway, set for July 25.

Wilman is proud to receive sponsorship support from Hamilton Contracting, Wilman Haulage, and Orillia Auto Centre. She is also proud to be representing Ladies of the Ovals.
