Brandon Hauck Scores T.Q. Can-Am Midget Victory at Sauble Speedway

Taking the lead in the early stages, Brandon Hauck led the rest of the way en route to winning the T.Q. Can-Am Midget feature at Sauble Speedway on Sunday.

Luc Munsie started pole ahead of Paul Harrison, Brody Rickwood, Brandon Hauck, Dominique Smith, David Miller, Cory Whittam, Cassidy March, Ryan Fraser, Steve Murdock, Daniel Hawn, Darren Dryden, Daniel Bois, and Dave Mathers.

Munsie would get the lead off the initial jump with Hauck moving into second, as Miller and Smith battled for third. Hauck would challenge Munsie for the lead on Lap 2, but was unable to complete the pass. Miller would move into third on Lap 3, with Dryden getting alongside Smith for fourth ahead of Murdock.

Hauck would take another shot at the lead on Lap 6, taking the top spot a lap later. Miller would move into second on Lap 8, bringing Dryden through with him. Munsie now ran third ahead of Smith, Fraser, and Murdock.

Smith and Fraser would take Munsie three-wide on Lap 10, with both able to get by. Murdoch move up into fifth ahead of Whittam and Munsie. Munsie would continue to fall back, as he was passed by Bois on Lap 13.

Thereā€™d be battles through the field, with Fraser getting alongside Murdock for fifth, completing the pass on Lap 15. Fraser now ran sixth ahead of Whittam, Bois, Harrison, and Hawn, with Munsie and March side-by-side ahead of Rickwood and Mathers.

Fraser would get back by Murdoch on Lap 19 for fifth, with Dryden passing Miller for second a lap later. Smith continued to run fourth now ahead of Fraser, Murdock, Whittam, Bois, and Hawn. Bois would then get alongside Whittam for seventh as the field took the white flag.

Brandon Hauck picked up the checkered flag ahead of Darren Dryden, David Miller, Dominique Smith, and Ryan Fraser. Steve Murdock finished sixth, followed by Daniel Bois, Cory Whittam, Daniel Hawn, and Paul Harrison. Cassidy March finished 11th, followed by Luc Munsie, Brody Rickwood, and Dave Mathers.
