The pair of Autumn Colours Classic Young Guns showcase events would see a pair of first-time winners in their respective divisions.
Off the drop of the green flag for the Super Stocks, Ethan Constable grabbed the early lead and would pace the first half of the event. However, as they got past halfway, he was caught by defending race winner Lane Zardo and defending Young Guns winner Coltin Everingham. They’d both get by Constable, ready to settle the race between themselves. Everingham was able to get the run in the closing laps, making the pass to take the top spot.
The race wouldn’t run clean throughout, though, as contact mid-race three-wide would see heavy damage suffered by Dylan Holmes (driving Herb Walters’ 88 car), Travis McLean, and Gerrit TIemersma.
Coltin Everingham won ahead of Lane Zardo, Carson Nagy, Jo Lawrence, Ethan Constable, the 15, and McLean.
The mini stocks would have a cleaner race throughout, but it wouldn’t be without issues as Everingham spun out driving Dave Middel’s mustang. Connor James would make his way to the front driving Nolan Gould’s No. 28, taking the top spot mid-race to score the victory ahead of Miles Tyson.
