For the fourth straight feature at Sunset Speedway, it’d be Taylor Holdaway standing in victory lane. ‘Hollywood’ is certainly proving that he knows his way around Sunset Speedway this season, as he has won nine of the last 11 features.

Latimer looked to be the next driver to find a way around Gresel, however as he looked to make the pass, Gresel would get loose. The result would be contact between Gresel and Latimer, with Latimer getting into the outside turn four wall for the first caution. With 31 laps to go, Walt led Shepherd, Thayne Hallyburton, Davey, Wylie, Bourque, Zardo, Goetz, Baker, Walters, Witty, Holdaway, Inglis, Travis Hallyburton and Keeler.

With nine laps in the book, Walt got another good restart ahead of Shepherd as Thayne Hallyburton and Davey continued their battle for third. It didn’t go well, though, as Davey would go spinning off of turn two courtesy of contact.
The next restart would see no problem at the front of the field, but rather in the back half of the field as Baker pushed Witty down into the inside retaining wall entering turn one. Baker would then black flagged for rough driving and done for the remainder of the event.
