Jumping back behind the wheel of a super stock for the first time this season, Jake Watson proved that he can still get the job done behind the wheel, scoring a eighth-place finish.
Underneath sunny skies, the action was close on-track as the drivers at Flamboro Speedway battled hard for every single position on Saturday night.
The fans in attendance on Saturday night at Flamboro Speedway were treated to lots of action throughout the event, including a dramatic last lap to the APC Auto Parts United Late Models of Ontario series Interstate Batteries 100.
The season is in full swing at Flamboro Speedway as the third night of competition saw the car counts continue to grow, with the competition growing that much closer.
After a long off-season of making sure everything would be perfect for this year, it would pay off as opening night at Flamboro Speedway would go off successfully. With solid fields in each of the classes, nine different drivers experienced the thrill of victory on Saturday night.
As the days continue to count down until spring with dreams of the snow melting soon, that hasn’t slowed work at Flamboro Speedway. The staff is currently busy putting together pieces for a successful 2019 race season.
Competing in two different divisions throughout the 2018 season, Jake Watson experienced success at both ends of the spectrum.
Playing host to a couple touring divisions, the action was fast-paced on Saturday night at Flamboro Speedway.
While the night was highlighted by a great autograph session during intermission, the action before and after was just as impressive.
