In a battle that was wagged through the final series of 30 laps, Brandon Watson held on en route to winning the Stewart’s 100 presented by Quaker State at Sauble Speedway.
Brandon Watson has won at Jukasa Motor Speedway previously, and looked to be headed to another victory on Saturday in the APC United Late Model Series Dayco 75. Instead, he wound up placing second after being passed by Jordan Lawrence in the second half.
Now heading into the second edition, the young man is ready to make a statement. He will enter the race with momentum on his side after winning Thursday’s APC Auto Parts United Late Models of Ontario Tour event at the half-mile.
Treyten Lapcevich tried to get by Brandon Watson on multiple occasions on Thursday night, but it would not be enough with Watson victorious in the APC Auto Parts United Late Models of Ontario Tour 100-lap feature at Jukasa Motor Speedway.
