Sunset Speedway Late Model Memorable Moments of 2017
Through the course of the 2017 season, there were plenty of moments that stood out for the Sauble Falls Tent and Trailer Park Late Models at Sunset Speedway.
7th in OSCAAR Super Late Model Points – Dario Capirchio
After success in the Limited Late Model ranks, Dario Capirchio made the jump up to Outlaw Super Late Model competition, posting some solid finishes.
Jody Bound Scores Second Straight Outlaw Midget Championship
For the third consecutive year in a row, Jody Bound is at the top of the pylon at season’s end. After winning the OSCAAR Midget title in 2015, he has now gone back-to-back in the Outlaw Midgets, winning the championship in 2016 and 2017.
7th in OSCAAR Pro Midget Points: Ted Greenwood
After winning the inaugural OSCAAR Pro Midget Championship, Ted Greenwood debuted a brand new chassis for 2017 in hopes of backing up the crown. Ultimately, it didn’t pan out as envisioned.

From Flamboro Speedway in May all the way to Peterborough Speedway in October, the OSCAAR Outlaw Super Late Models were fast as ever, with great competition throughout the field.
