There are four races on the table left for the Outlaw Midgets, but there’s just one event left on the table before the 2019 Rookie of the Year is decided.
The night may not have gone as envisioned for Wally Wilson, but at least he got the chance to lend a hand to fellow Outlaw Midget competitor.
After coming close throughout the Outlaw Midget season to date, Mike Bradley can call himself a feature winner in 2019 as he scored the victory on Saturday night at Sunset Speedway.
After a busy eight races, the Outlaw Midget drivers are currently enjoying a well-deserved couple weeks off before getting back in action at Sauble Speedway (August 24) and Sunset Speedway (August 31) to finish off the month.
Through this season to date, Jody Bound had been fast in each of his appearances at Sunset Speedway. Though come feature time, it seemed something that would happen to stop the No. 5 from reaching victory lane.
After a couple weeks off to catch their breath, the Outlaw Midgets are ready to return back to action on July 27 at Sunset Speedway. It will mark their fourth trip of the season to the Innisfil, Ontario based oval.
Running competitively throughout the night, Wally Wilson scored his second straight Outlaw Midget top-10 finish at Peterborough Speedway.
