SAUBLE BEACH, Ontario —- Returning back to the beach for the first time since her crash in practice, Amanda Balson dominated en route to winning the Overkill Enterprise OSCAAR Modified feature presented by Scott Reinhart Trailer Sales Ltd.

Back in June, Balson had a hung throttle during practice leading up to the event, resulting in heavy contact with the turn one wall and demolishing her car. Her team went out and got a brand new car in the days that followed, and Balson has been working the gremlins out ever since.

After placing third in her qualifying heat, she drew the pole starting spot for The Car Guy Auto Service green flag and was not about to be denied. She led flag-to-flag in dominating fashion en route to her first career series victory.

Dale Reinhart continued his solid season and extends his points lead by the smallest of margins following a runner-up finish ahead of Rick Burbridge, Bryan Batty, and Jason Keen.

Steve Trendell rallied back from a poor qualifying effort for sixth ahead of Coltin Everingham, Matt Haufe, Eric McLean, and Brent McLean. Everingham was filling in for Wally Wilson who had a scheduling conflict.

Heat wins went to Everingham and Reinhart.

The Overkill Enterprise OSCAAR Modifieds are back on-track at Delaware Speedway on Friday, September 25, alongside The Fyre Place & Patio Shop OSCAAR Hot Rods presented by Bromley Automotive Ltd.
