INNISFIL, Ontario — In conjunction with various series and track officials, a decision was made by Sunset Speedway to push the Spring Velocity weekend to Sunday/Monday with a threat of rain on Saturday. The decision was made to postpone the event early to allow for alternate travel plans for both drivers and fans alike.

The original itinerary will remain the same, with all the original times staying as they were originally announced – just moved to Monday, May 22 this weekend. The season opener will kick off at 2pm eastern, with front gates opening at 12pm.
