OUTLAW MIDGETS FROSTOBERFEST AT FLAMBORO SPEEDWAY PREVIEW

MILLGROVE, Ontario — After an exciting event at Sunset Speedway, the Outlaw Midgets presented by Canadian Tire Innisfil will make the trek to Flamboro Speedway, as part of Frostoberfest on Sunday, October 2.

Larry Lawson enters this weekend looking for a rebound after failing to finish the event at Sunset Speedway. Outside of that disappointment, he has scored just nine finishes no worse than fourth in his last 15 series events.

Rob Harrison has been getting faster with each bit of experience behind the wheel, as it shows with three straight top-five’s on the tour, including a runner-up.

Jamie Kay has had a rocky season to date, and that included failing to finish at Sunset Speedway. Prior to that, though, he had scored back-to-back top-five’s.

Jessica James will be looking to get back to her usual dominance, after wrecking out of Fall Velocity at Sunset Speedway. Notably, she has scored 11 victories in the last 14 series races, including a stretch of 10 straight.

Kayla Semple has been getting faster since her debut in the series, as evident by a career-best sixth at Sauble Speedway. She is coming off an eighth-place finish at Sunset.

Dan Kviring hopes to keep the string of recent success going, having scored seven straight top-10 finishes including a sixth at Fall Velocity.

Dave Inglis is also on the same page, with a top-10 performance in six of his seven tour appearances, including a season-best fifth at Sunset Speedway’s Fall Velocity.

Jason Metcalfe may be new to the tour, but do not take your eyes off of him following a third at Fall Velocity. Notably, he has no finishes worse than eighth in three appearances.

Dave Bradley almost got the job done at Sunset Speedway on two occasions, scoring a pair of runner-ups in his last two series appearances. He has been fast this season, with five top-five’s in six tour appearances in 2022.

Mike Bradley enters this weekend hoping to score another win after taking home the checkered flag at Sunset Speedway. The victory was no surprise, as he has scored 19 top-five’s in the past 24 races.

Kevin Spiez hopes to keep the momentum following eight top-10’s in nine races, including a season-best third in the most recent event at Sauble Speedway.

Zach Millman hopes to turn his luck around, with the team feeling plagued by issues that have kept them from feature contention. If things are in order, he could be one to watch following a track-best seventh last season.

Mikey Homewood’s return to the tour has been solid, with five top-10’s in eight races, including a pair of those at Sunset.

Rob McCall is always someone to watch, as evident by a top-five in his last three series appearances. He knows how to get the job done in a midget, as a past feature winner, and was fourth at Sunset Speedway back in June.
