Paul Boundy Picks Up Heat Victory at Peterborough Speedway

PETERBOROUGH, Ontario — There was more speed underneath the Super Stock this past weekend for Boundy Racing, as evident by a checkered flag at Peterborough Speedway.

Paul Boundy started off the night in style, dominating the first heat by leading flag-to-flag en route to victory. He looked to back up the performance in the second qualifier, coming across the finish line with a fourth.

Starting third for the feature, he would drop back in the early stages of the event, ultimately running outside of the top-10 with just five laps on the board. He tried to fight his way back through the rest of the race, though fell back a couple more spots to finish eighth in the final running order.

It marks his fourth straight top-10 of 2022 after a pair of top-five’s to start the year.

Behind the wheel of his Renegrade Truck, though, Boundy was able to place third and fourth in the qualifying heats, followed by a fourth in the feature.

Boundy is proud to be supported by Boundy Roofing, Mark Rainford Auto Center, Port Perry Salvage INC, Alma Mechanical, Cobourg East Campground, Orono Country Cafe, Signworks Port Perry, and Circa 1818 for the 2022 campaign.
