MILLGROVE, Ontario — Looking to improve upon his most recent Flamboro Speedway performance, Cole Quinton picked up a pair of runner-ups on Saturday night.

Starting deep in the field for the first 25-lap affair, he would make his way forward in the early stages of the event, breaking into the top-five in the early stages. He continued to move forward, laying down his quickest lap of the event at the halfway mark, taking second in the final laps en route to a runner-up finish.

He would start deep in the field once again the second time around, though did not let that slow him down again. He would move forward, battling up front with the leaders as early as the halfway mark. The speed was there throughout the event in the No. 18 Mustang once again, as he was able to cross the finish line with another runner-up.

Through 12 races this season, Quinton has now scored a victory and 11 top-five finishes.
