INNISFIL, Ontario — Battling with the leaders all night, Calvin Reesor scored another top-five finish on Saturday night at Sunset Speedway.
Reesor started off the evening by picking up a runner-up in the first heat, after trying to chase down the leader through the second half. He then ran up front throughout the second qualifier, though found himself involved in an incident in the late stages.
Come feature time, he would avoid an incident ahead of him on the first lap despite starting eighth on the grid. He was then able to make his way forward throughout the duration of the rest of the event, crossing the finish line with a fourth-place finish.
It marks Reesor’s seventh straight top-five, and currently sits second in points, just two markers behind Jacob Booth.
Reesor Racing is proud to be supported by Barrie Nissan, Auto Trim of Barrie, HWY 400 Transmission, Greywood Customs, Bullseye Axe Throwing, One Stop Brakes and Muffler, OS Performance and Exhaust, Streamline Race Products, Garage Supply, Short Track Musings, Shepherd Docks, Holland Rustic, Race Wives Designs, and Francis Tin, Wires, and Wraps
