INNISFIL, Ontario — Battling up front throughout the whole day, Adrian Foster was able to pick up a checkered flag on Saturday night at Sunset Speedway.

Foster was fast right from the beginning of the night, scoring a victory in his first heat. He then backed it up with a third in the second qualifier.

Starting eighth for the 30-lap feature, he’d battle for ninth in the early stages of the feature, moving back up to eighth by the first yellow flag at Lap 13. Restarting on the fourth row, he’d escape contact ahead of him amongst the leaders to move up to sixth.

Now up to the third row, he fell back a couple spots on restart, though continued to battle hard all the way to the checkered flag. His efforts would be rewarded with an eighth-place finish.
