SAUBLE BEACH, Ontario — Battling hard throughout the Knightworks Design OSCAAR Hot Rod feature, Adrian Foster scored a top-five finish.
With qualifying cancelled due to rain, the line-up was set by points with the top-eight inverted, resulting Foster starting from the 16th position. From the drop of the green flag, he began to gain ground and make passes, moving up into seventh by Lap 7. He look to continue to move forward, though was unable to before a late-race caution with two laps to go for a car spun around in turn four.
Restarting on the fourth row, he was able to make a couple passes, crossing the finish line with a fifth-place finish.
Foster has a busy weekend ahead of him, back behind the wheel of the No. 52 Passer Racing Super Late Model on Saturday, August 28 at Peterborough Speedway. He will then drive the No. X Foster Motorsports OSCAAR Hot Rod on Sunday, August 29 at Peterborough.
