INNISFIL, Ontario —The results will show a simple trio of top-10 finishes, but that was not the full story for SKLD Motorsports on Saturday night at Sunset Speedway.

One of their fellow competitors and friends Aundrea Lusk was involved in a wreck in practice, taking her out of contention for the night. Austyn Jennett then offered her the No. 9 to drive for the event, and she did a great job behind the wheel. She finished third and second in the qualifying heats, before running up front all feature long to place third.

Karlie Wilman finished fourth and fifth in her qualifying heats, and led the beginning laps of the feature before placing ninth.

A week of trying to find out the issues with Andrew Shilling’s car did not pay off, as they came back on Saturday. He would place fifth in both his heats, before a 10th in the feature.
