INNISFIL, Ontario — Making his first start of the year, Brandon Feeney kept the car clean all night for a solid finish.

Feeney started off the night by placing eighth in the first qualifier, followed by a seventh in the second heat.

Starting deep in the field come feature time, Feeney was able to avoid each of the spins from fellow competitors to move up to 11th by Lap 20. Restarting on the sixth row,  he continued to attempt to push forward, though faded in the final laps to place 13th.
