OUTLAW MIDGETS RELEASE UPDATED 2021 SCHEDULE

As discussions continue with plans aligning for the 2021 season, the Outlaw Midgets Presented by Canadian Tire Innisfil have released an updated schedule.

The schedule change comes as a result of the COVID-19 restrictions in place by the government, with uncertainties right now in how many fans will be allowed to attend the events. Competitors, as well as fans are encouraged to stay tuned to the series website and social media as more information becomes available.

While fans have are used to seeing the season start in May, the first event of 2021 has been pushed back to July, set to take place at Sauble Speedway with a double header weekend as part of the Canada Day festivities. Seven events will follow suit across the province at three different premiere tracks – Sauble, Sunset Speedway, and Peterborough Speedway.

The schedule includes several highlights along the way, as the series will take part in several marquee events across the province. Those include Fall Velocity at Sunset, the aforementioned July long weekend with a double-header at Sauble Speedway, and Autumn Colours Classic at Peterborough Speedway.

The series also plans to pay tribute to one of their longtime officials who passed away, with “A Tribute to Nathan Ross” set for July 31 at Peterborough.

With a steady car count throughout the season, and rookies always joining the fray, the Outlaws have developed a reputation since the inaugural campaign in 2016 for putting on some of the most thrilling events despite being known for small in size.
