Jordan Latimer Derailed by Mechanical Issues at Jukasa Motor Speedway

HAGERSVILLE, Ontario — Despite showing speed once again, Jordan Latimer would see his night at Jukasa Motor Speedway end early.

Latimer showed speed in time trials, laying down a lap of 21.099 seconds to qualify ninth for the 40-lap feature. He’d worked his way up to seventh off the drop of the green flag, running sixth under the first yellow flag at Lap 7. Though shortly after the restart, he’d lose all power, forcing him to the pits early and ending his night. He’d be credited with a 28th-place finish.

Thank you to Craig Ellis and the sponsors for the opportunity, as well as the rest of the team for their hard work all day long.
