Cameron McGlashan Ready to Get Back At It

STROUD, Ontario — After having a week off from Signs of Innovation Mini Stock competition at Sunset Speedway, Cameron McGlashan is ready to get back after it.

While most drivers spent last weekend at the beach, McGlashan still made the trip to Sunset as he took part in the Bone Stock invitational behind the wheel of Aundrea Lusk’s No. 17 entry. The event was certainly a fun exciting time, and he was able to come away with a decent result, placing sixth on the leaderboard.

This weekend, though, it’s no secret that he is excited to get back behind the wheel of the Dave Middel owned No. 00 Mustang as the team looks to build on their recent success. After struggling with back-to-back weeks of bad luck, the defending division champion was able to post a fifth-place finish in his latest appearance. The pair of top-10’s this year, combined with 15 from 2017, confidence seems to be the name of the game.

Be sure to be at Sunset Speedway on Saturday, July 21 to see if McGlashan can get the job done. Racing starts at 6pm, with the front gates opening at 4:30pm.

McGlashan is proud to receive sponsorship from Arbor Aces Tree Care Inc, ORVAuto, and Orillia Metal Fabrication.
