Flamboro Speedway Mini Stock Nationals Preview

All eyes will be on Flamboro Speedway on June 10 when they host their first ever “STOCK” Car Nationals, featuring the pure stocks, mini stocks and super stocks. Particularly, the Mini Stocks have garnered a lot of attention, thanks to the efforts by Rich Schwartzenburg to garner event, award, and lap sponsors to bring the purse to over $6800.

For those who haven’t been keeping track, the total purse provided by John Casale and Flamboro Speedway for positions first through 30th is a total of $4745.

Then there has been a slew of specialty awards added:

  • $500 Klotz Bonus( top 3 overall finishers combined June 9th & 10th $275, $125, $100)
  • $100 SDR seating Pole Award by Erik Dalla Riva
  • $100 to beat Andy Kamrath track record
  • $200 top finishing Oshweken Registered Driver
  • $100 Sequin Racing top female finisher
  • $150 for the best built car from Keith Temple

To make the purse even sweeter, there is $5895 available in lap bonuses = and not just for the race leader as you normally see at these events. Each lap actually has a bit of a unique twist, which has been decided by the person donating the money. The full breakdown is below
