PETERBOROUGH, Ontario — As the APC Auto Parts United Racing Series gets ready for this weekend at Peterborough Speedway, Cole Quinton has momentum on his side.

The driver of the No. 18 Late Model showed speed in the series’ most recent event at Flamboro Speedway, qualifying 14th for the 100 lap event. He was able to make his way forward once the green flag flied in the Spectra Premium 100, running as high as eighth through the midway portion en route to placing ninth.

Quinton now gets ready for this weekend’s event at Peterborough Speedway, marking his first trip to the toughest 1/3-mile in the province.
