MILLGROVE, Ontario — The Ontario Modified Racing Series title defense is off to a good start for John Baker Jr. following a pair of podiums at Flamboro Speedway.

Baker Jr. started off the night up front with a solid starting spot for the first feature, taking over the runner-up spot with just three laps on the board. He would try to track down the race leader, unable to do so en route to a second-place finish.

The second feature saw him start at the front, running second for the first couple laps. However, he fell back a spot and was unable to make up the lost ground. He crosed the finish line in third.

The next event for the Ontario Modified Racing Series takes place at Peterborough Speedway on July 6, 2024.
