INNISFIL, Ontario — Battling upfront throughout the entire 60-lap feature on Saturday night at Sunset Speedway, Ron Quesnelle scored his eighth straight top-five finish.

The speed of the No. 57 Late Model was shown in his qualifying heats, with a third and a second.

Starting second for the feature, he ran in the runner-up spot through the early laps, before fading back to fourth by Lap 7. He would remain there solidly through the middle portion of the event, before being passed with 19 laps to go. He would hold his ground, ultimately crossing the finish line with a fifth-place finish.
