Continuing to get used to his new car, Travis McLean put together a solid night at Sauble Speedway this past weekend.
With the focus right now on completing as many laps as possible and learning his new piece, McLean started both of his qualifying heats from the rear. Still, the young driver put together a pair of solid finishes with a third and a sixth.
Come feature time, he once again continued to learn with each passing lap. However, the event would not run cleanly with contact throughout for the young driver, resulting in a ninth-place finish.
Travis McLean will be back on track this coming weekend, July 8, in hopes of continuing to get better with each lap.
McLean Racing is proud to be supported by The Great Canadian Dog Food, Innovative Print, McLean Farms and Revolution Race Products.
