INNISFIL, Ontario — Rain may have won out at the end of the night, but the fans got to enjoy some racing action with a pair of heats from the LUDUH Hot Rods at Sunset Speedway.

Rob Bromley won the first heat ahead of Dan Archibald, Amanda Balson, Tyler Hawn, and Drew Robertson. Paul Bogensberger Jr rounded out those on-track, as Paul Senior was forced to head off on Lap 1 after having a piece of debris fly off of his car and stuck to the left front fender-well.

Tom Walters won the second heat, as Herb Walters was second following a lengthy battle with Jamie Cairns. Tyler Ecker was the last one of those on-track running. Thomas Dunn and Jay Cutting failed to finish after making contact together on Lap 3 in turn four.

The Hot Rods will make up their feature on July 6.
