INNISFIL, Ontario — The feel-good story of the second half of the season continues, as Jacob Booth scored another feature victory at Sunset Speedway this past weekend.
Booth worked his way through the field, finding his way into the runner-up spot behind Coltin Everingham at the halfway mark. He tracked him down, patiently making his move with five laps to go to take over the lead and score the victory.
Everingham held off Johnny Morrison for second, which was enough for him to clinch the track championship. Early race leader Cole Burrows was fourth with Bailey Jacobs completing the top-five.
