Josh Davenport Dominates Elmer’s Fighting Supply Big 3 Round 2

INNISFIL, Ontario —- A familiar face found their way to victory lane on Saturday night at Sunset Speedway, with Josh Davenport winning the second round for the Elmer’s Fighting Supply Big 3.

Davenport wasted no time driving his way from the back of the field, putting himself into the lead with just eight laps on the board. He then paced the rest of the event, surviving a couple ensuing restarts during the 20-lap affair en route to victory.

Wyatt Sprung led early, crossing the finish line in second as Ronnie Mason out-battled Oliver Gibbons for the final step on the podium. Brody Coates, Rylan Kamrath, and Troy Purvis found themselves in an incident together at Lap 8, and battled back-and-forth through the full feature en route to crossing the finish line fifth through seventh.

Jacob Vandebelt was eighth ahead of Morgan Moore, with Miya Ford completing the top-10. Lyla Sikma and Caleb McConnell rounded out the field after stalling on-track due to separate reasons.
