INNISFIL, Ontario —- Starting on the pole, Austyn Jennett took advantage of the track position to lead all 20 laps en route to winning the Bone Stock feature on Saturday at Sunset Speedway.
After picking up the victory in his qualifying heat, Jennett started on pole alongside Nicholas Reece, quickly grabbing the lead off of the drop of the green flag. He then drove away from the competition en route to picking up the checkered flag.
Steve Oakes worked his way through the traffic, prevailing in a late-race battle with Reece to snag the second spot with Jordan Owen and Calvin Reesor completing the top-five.
Mike Balson was sixth with Kris Khan coming across the finish line seventh despite contact with Chris Allard with two laps to go sending him up the track. Cash Ireton was eighth ahead of Allard and Sera Giannone.
There was a single red flag at the halfway mark as a result of Chris Burling catching fire on the frontstretch. He was able to get out of the car uninjured.
